Our preferred shipping providers are UPS and USPS. Standard delivery time is 4-11 business days within the continental United States and 5-25 business days for International orders. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared.

How to I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in their original condition:
- Have not been worn, altered or washed- FINAL SALE on all sale items, earrings, and vintage items.
- Are returned within the 30 business days of the original purchase date.
- We inspect all the returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your return AFTER it has been received by 11 Eureka.

Return Instructions:
Please email us for a returns/ exchange form, or please return items with the original packing slip and mark items to be returned and reason for return. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to
11 Eureka. We do not refund shipping fees. Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
